Terms & Conditions Details

1. Installment Cycle & Grace Period

Each installment is due within 60 days of the previous payment. A grace period of 3 days is allowed, totaling 63 days.

2. Late Payment — Income & Rewards Lapsed

If you fail to pay within the 63-day period, all pending incomes (Direct, Recollection, Matching, Planner, Rank Rewards) are permanently lapsed and forfeited.

3. Non-Receivable Income

Commissions are still calculated while inactive but are permanently marked Lapsed and cannot be withdrawn or recovered.

4. Payment Sequencing

Missed installments must be paid in sequence starting from the oldest. Each payment unlocks the next due slot.

5. Reactivation & Fresh Start

Future commissions are credited normally starting from your next regular payment. Lapsed past amounts remain forfeited.
